I tried an "Amarr Victor" loadout yesterday with the laser and scrambler rifle and they seem to support each other decently, it's still in need of changes though.

As much ad I want to I haven't yet, but from what I read about them they can make even horrible weapons work.

I wouldn't have skilled amarr Eve and Dust if it were any other way.

To me it's a good thing if it doesn't become the laser pointer of death again, as long as it can do somethings better thsn other rifles.
